Once you have had and survived biscuits and gravy in the deep south is hard to find an equal anyplace else. People are so worried about health now a days that the solid susage grease, burnt crunchy bits and gravy made with bitter tears is exceptionally rare. These guys do a pretty great breakfast even though I don't feel partially murdered by the biscuits and gravy. That might even be a good thing. Yes, I know I'm insane, my wife reminds me daily. ”
